Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times

Our products are sent to you directly from our suppliers' warehouses, most of which are overseas. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days, and most orders arrive within 7 to 12 working days of being placed. The expected delivery time for each product is shown on its product page.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods such as Christmas, and customs checks, can occasionally add a few days.

Delivery costs

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, or arrives damaged, email customersupport@offensivesupply.co.uk with your order number. We will track it down and, if it has been lost or damaged, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can only change the address before your order is dispatched.
